Next Level VvE Beheer is a platform under development focused on professional and scalable property management for Homeowners Associations (VvEs). With a buy-and-build strategy, Cire Invest is working on the development of a high-quality and future-proof management platform for Homeowners Associations.
The platform focuses on fully relieving VvEs by offering a broad range of services, including administrative, financial, and technical management, long-term maintenance planning, supervision of maintenance projects, energy procurement, and insurance services. Digitalization and process optimization play an important role in this approach.
In 2025, the platform started with the acquisition of RVG VvE Beheer and FSG Vastgoedmanagement. In the coming period, it will be further expanded with additional acquisitions.
