CIRE INVEST STRENGTHENS INVESTMENT TEAM WITH KIMBERLEY ROERSMA

Cire Invest is strengthening its investment team with the addition of Kimberley Roersma. In her new role, Kimberley will focus on further developing Cire Invest’s investment activities and supporting the growth and development of its portfolio companies.
From Entrepreneurship to the Investment Team
Kimberley began her career in the international hotel industry, gaining experience at companies including Hilton Worldwide and Kempinski, while developing expertise in hotel real estate. In 2016, she moved into entrepreneurship by founding Mother Nature Cleans, which was named the most sustainable company in the Netherlands by BNR Nieuwsradio. She subsequently brought this entrepreneurial mindset to various roles within the Cire portfolio, including at Attend and EW Facility Services, consistently focusing on business development and commercial growth.
Most recently, Kimberley served as Commercial Director at Hotel Facility Concepts (HFC), where she drove the company’s commercial strategy, growth and international expansion. Her role operated at the intersection of hospitality, facility management, real estate and private equity, enabling her to build a strong international network across the hotel and real estate sectors.
A Commercial Strategist with an Entrepreneurial Mindset
In her new role, Kimberley looks forward to working closely with the entrepreneurs and teams across the Cire portfolio. Drawing on her entrepreneurial experience, commercial expertise and international network, she will help portfolio companies strengthen their market positioning, develop their propositions and explore new commercial opportunities. She will also contribute to identifying and developing new investment opportunities for Cire Invest.
