EW Facility Services appoints Sander Leenders as CEO

On 1 February, Sander Leenders started as CEO at EW Facility Services. With more than 20 years of experience in executive roles, including at Renewi, Upfield (now Flora Food Group), Essent and Unilever, he brings broad knowledge in the areas of growth, organisational transformation and people-centred leadership.

Sander believes in the power of people as the foundation for high-quality services and sustainable results. In his role, he contributes to the further development of EW as a people-focused and reliable facility services partner.

Strategy towards 2030

Within EW Facility Services, Sander focuses on further strengthening the course towards 2030, with a clear ambition to become the most valued partner in enhancing customer experience.

EW delivers personal and reliable facility services, ranging from single-service cleaning to multi-service facility solutions, including collaboration with its sister organisation, FVH Facility Groep. The organisation operates in environments where people’s experience matters. Human craftsmanship is central, supported by technology and with attention to quality and reliability.

Purpose-driven leadership

Purpose plays an important role in Sander’s leadership. Outside of work, he is also involved in social initiatives, including the Maarten van der Weijden Foundation and Dream4Kids.
